ECIJA has secured three nominations at the 2026 IFLR Americas Awards

ECIJA has been shortlisted in three categories at the 2026 IFLR Americas Awards, one of the region’s leading legal industry awards, presented this year in collaboration with The Lawyer.

Firstly, ECIJA Dominican Republic and ECIJA Ecuador are finalists in the National Law Firm of the Year category in the Dominican Republic and Ecuador, respectively – a recognition that cements both offices’ position amongst the leading firms in their respective markets, thanks to the strength of their practices, their capacity for innovation and the value they deliver to their clients.

In addition to these accolades, Christian Molina, a partner at ECIJA Dominican Republic, has been nominated individually in the ‘Latin America Outstanding Contribution to Regulatory Reform’ category, which honours professionals who have made a particularly significant contribution to the modernisation of the regulatory framework in Latin America.

This triple recognition reinforces our position as one of the leading firms in Latin America and highlights both the strength of our local capabilities and our professionals’ commitment to the evolution of legal frameworks in markets undergoing constant transformation.

The IFLR Americas Awards annually recognise firms, lawyers, teams and practices that stand out for their legal innovation, the complexity and sophistication of their work, and their impact on the market. In 2026, the awards are being presented in partnership with The Lawyer, broadening their scope to also recognise the work and strategies that are transforming the legal market on both sides of the Atlantic.

The winners will be announced on 15 October in New York.
