Energy, an extremely complex, heavily regulated and capital-intensive sector, requires an integrated approach across all cycles of each project, regardless of its position in the value chain, and calls for specialised and differentiated legal advice.

We provide legal advice from both a transactional and regulatory perspective in all energy-related areas: production, distribution, transmission, commercialisation, grid management and decentralised production, use of natural resources and emissions trading. In natural resources management projects, we advise developers, investors and public entities on the legal structuring of compensatory measures, ecological restoration plans, renaturalisation and reforestation projects, and environmental offsets.
