The team delivers complete and specialized legal advice in all aspects of Public Law, including Administrative Law, Public Procurement, Administrative Litigation, Environmental Law, Energy Law, Urban Planning and Territorial Planning Law, and Regulatory Law.
It provides cross-cutting support to public and private entities, with a focus on accompanying pre-contractual procedures, drafting and negotiating administrative contracts, and advising on civil liability matters involving the State and other public entities. The practice area offers specialized support in the preparation, review, and amendment of territorial plans and municipal regulations, as well as in the development of diverse projects aimed at obtaining authorizations and licenses in the urban planning, sectoral activities (e.g., industry, waste, tourism, environmental, and nature conservation), and regulatory domains-particularly renewable energy projects.
