ECIJA, leading firm in equity capital markets so far this year, according to TTR

ECIJA has been recognized as the leading firm in Spain in Capital Markets - Equity so far this year(year to date), according to the ranking published by TTR Data, which places the firm in first place both by number of transactions and volume advised .

The recognition also extends to the individual level, with Miguel Sanchez, partner at ECIJA, as number 1 dealmaker in Equity Capital Markets, leading both in number of transactions and volume advised(€799.8 million) year to date.

This leadership follows its recent advice on the reverse merger by absorption of FCYC by Realia Business, a transaction valued at more than €700 million, as part of the reorganisation of the group led by Inmocemento. A transaction with a high impact on the Spanish stock market.

ECIJA's capital markets team also adds other key recognitions:

• Javier Pereña Rego, ECIJA lawyer, tops the Rising Star Dealmakers ranking as number one by both volume advised and number of transactions year to date.
