ECIJA reaches the Top 5 of Expansión's ranking of Spanish law firms
ECIJA takes a firm step forward in its consolidation as one of the leading international law firms. According to the ranking of Spanish law firms by global turnover published by Expansión, the firm reaches the fifth position, after closing 2024 with a record turnover of 102.3 million euros, which represents a growth of 11.5% compared to the previous year.
With this milestone, ECIJA becomes the youngest firm to reach the Top 5 of the Spanish legal market, consolidating its leadership in the digital economy and reaffirming its international expansion model, with a firm commitment to become the first Full AI Firm.
In addition, ECIJA climbs positions in the ranking of international activity and is positioned as thefourth Spanish firm with the highest turnover outside the country. In 2024, it generated 53.1 million euros abroad, equivalent to 51.9% of its total turnover. This figure consolidates its leadership as one of the most global firms in the Spanish legal sector and as the firm with the largest presence in Latin America, with operations in Spain, Portugal and Latin America, and activity in 18 jurisdictions.
These achievements come in a context of generalised growth of the legal sector in Spain, which has experienced an average increase of 10.3% in 2024. In this scenario, ECIJA stands out not only for its volume, but also for a differential model that combines innovation, talent and international projection.
