Jesús Estévez

With over twenty-five years of professional experience, he regularly advises financial institutions, funds and alternative finance providers, as well as leading business groups in their respective sectors, on all types of complex financing transactions.

He holds a Law degree with Special Distinction from the University of Vigo and an LL.M. in International Banking & Finance Law from the University of London, completed as a postgraduate scholar of the Barrié de la Maza Foundation.

Widely recognized in the market for his specialization in structured asset finance, Jesús has led legal advice on some of the most significant transactions carried out in Spain involving high-value and complex assets, including ships, aircraft and film productions, among others.

Throughout his career he has taken part in corporate finance, acquisition finance, project finance and debt refinancing transactions, working on highly sophisticated legal and financial deals both domestically and internationally.

His in-depth knowledge of the financial sector and his experience with complex financing structures have made him a go-to advisor for lenders, investors and companies, supporting them in the design, negotiation and execution of strategic transactions of major importance to their businesses.
