Carlos brings over twenty years of managerial experience in the legal sector, with a strategic vision focused on international growth and organizational transformation
Carlos joins ECIJA as Corporate General Director with the aim of strengthening the organisational and operational model of the company on a global scale. In this role, he works closely with the president and the executive team to define and implement key initiatives for the growth and international positioning of the company, with a particular focus on inorganic growth, coordination of corporate functions and the integrated management of the 18 jurisdictions in which ECIJA operates.
His responsibilities include the professionalisation and standardisation of internal processes, driving operational efficiency and scalability of the model, as well as leading talent management and the digital transformation of the firm, in line with its strategy as a Full AI firm. He also strengthens the communication strategy, business development and international growth of the firm, helping to consolidate ECIJA's position as a leading firm in the legal-tech and digital economy sector.
Before joining ECIJA, he spent much of his career in managerial positions at the Faculty of Law of IE University, where he became deputy dean and general director, and at Ontier, where he led international expansion, inorganic growth, and cultural transformation as a global corporate director.
