  • Initial public offerings (IPO) with fund raising (IPO/IPO) or directly(listing), both on the Spanish Stock Exchanges (regulated market) and on multilateral trading systems (currently BME Growth, BME Scaleup and Portfolio Stock Exchange in Spain).

  • Capital increases (in cash or non-cash, with or without pre-emptive subscription rights, accelerated bookbuilding offers), capital reductions,contra-splits andsplits, among others.

  • Debt transactions: issues of all types of fixed-income securities and instruments through the establishment of issuance programmes and one-off or standalone issues (bonds, green bonds, high yield bonds, project bonds, contingently convertible bonds,covered bonds, convertible bonds, promissory notes, warrants, etc.), as well as securities repurchase and exchange offers, both on regulated and unregulated markets (currently AIAF Mercado de Renta Fija and Mercado Alternativo de Renta Fija (MARF) in Spain, respectively).
