Paulo Morgado is Partner in the TMT - Technology Transactions area
He practices in Technology Transactions, focusing on negotiation and management of IT contracts, IT and strategy consulting, and support for M&A operations. With over 25 years in Professional Services, he worked at Roland Berger and Banco Finantia, and built specialized expertise in technology contracts during nearly 20 years at Capgemini.
He served as Executive Vice President at Capgemini, as CEO of the Portugal offices (2003–2014) and Spain offices (2014–2018). In 2021, he founded Bridgewhat, a technology platform to support company growth. He maintains active academic ties, authoring nine books on business topics and teaching Corporate Strategy at business schools including IE Business School and Porto Business School. He is also a member of the Board of the Portuguese Diaspora Council.
He has been with Antas da Cunha Ecija since 2022.
