Legal Alert - Approval of Accounts for the Financial Year 2025

We would remind you that the legal deadline for approving company accounts for the financial year 2025 for companies that do not consolidate their accounts expired on 31 March 2026. Under the terms of the Commercial Companies Code, the annual general meeting must meet in the first three months of each calendar year to decide, among other matters, on the management report, the accounts for the previous financial year and the proposal for the appropriation of profits.
