Draft Organic Law for the Control of Irregular Capital Flows
The President of the Republic has submitted to the National Assembly the draft Organic Law for the Control of Irregular Capital Flows, as a matter of urgency in economic matters, in accordance with the provisions of Article 140 of the Constitution.
This legislative initiative aims to establish a more rigorous framework for the prevention and control of irregular capital movements, addressing possible scenarios of tax evasion, money laundering and unjustified outflow of funds, which directly affect the fiscal stability of the country.
