PFI GROUP INC. consolidates 100% of its control in Perfect Fit Industries Chile SpA advised by ECIJA Chile.

The operation consolidates the presence of the Spanish group's subsidiary FERSA in the Chilean market, reinforcing its expansion strategy in the region.
ECIJA Chile, through its partners María Jesús Palacios and Alfredo Moreno Giersiepen, together with associate Daniela Ferrari, have intervened in the acquisition by the company PFI GROUP INC. of the shares that its minority partner, COMERCIAL PEVAN SpA, held in the company PERFECT FIT INDUSTRIES CHILE SpA.
With this purchase, PFI GROUP takes control of 100% of the share capital of the Chilean company.
Redoubling this commitment to the Chilean market will allow PFI GROUP (a subsidiary of the Spanish group FERSA, with presence in several countries) to strengthen and continue to grow in Chile, a market of great interest for the group.
