Our partner Mauricio París, a member of the ICC Arbitration Court, took part this morning in Lima in the Peruvian Arbitration Day organised by ICC Peru.
Mauricio spoke on the panel entitled ‘Case management and efficiency in arbitration’.
Peruvian Arbitration Day is a one-day conference dedicated to promoting arbitration and alternative dispute resolution methods in the region, exploring the main opportunities and challenges, and providing an up-to-date overview of current trends and best practices in the market.
