Madrid will bring together representatives from the CCN, the police, and strategic experts in a meeting on cybersecurity
Madrid will soon host one of the most important private events held in Spain, focused on intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital investigations. The ECIJA office will host Osintech, an initiative that will bring together institutional representatives, operational experts, and technology leaders related to national security and digital protection.
The event, organized by the consultancy, will be attended by strategic state bodies and police forces such as the National Police, the Civil Guard, the Municipal Police of Madrid, and members of the National Cryptology Centre (CCN), according to information provided by the organizers through the official event website, osintech.es.
The meeting has been created with the aim of establishing a collaboration space among public administrations, intelligence specialists, and strategic companies, addressing some of the main current challenges related to hybrid threats, cybercrime, digital intelligence, and the defense of critical infrastructures.
Among the confirmed participants is José Manuel Prada, who has over two decades of experience as an agent of the National Intelligence Centre (CNI) and later as the director of intelligence at Indra, and is considered one of the most experienced figures in strategic analysis and intelligence operations in Spain.
Javier Candau, deputy director of the National Cryptology Centre —an agency linked to the CNI and a national leader in cybersecurity, technological protection, and coordination against high-impact digital threats— will also participate.
The conference will bring together OSINT analysts, online research specialists, cybersecurity managers, police forces, and executives from key companies in sensitive sectors, thereby consolidating a public-private cooperation ecosystem in the field of intelligence and digital security.
