Radar Laboral: the legal agenda shaping the world of work

At ECIJA Chile, we believe that understanding changes in the regulatory environment in a timely manner is key to the effective management of labour relations. We are therefore pleased to present the first edition of Radar Laboral, a publication produced by our Labour and Employment team, which selects and analyses the legal developments with the greatest practical impact for organisations.

This edition brings together the main developments from June and July 2026, including legislative amendments, draft bills and administrative guidelines on matters such as the adjustment of the minimum monthly wage, the inclusion of women in the workforce, pension reform, flexible working hours, hourly contracts and the Universal Nursery Scheme, always based on official sources and public documents.
