UPICC Commercial Arbitration Moot - Cusco 2026

Érika Gómez will be part of the general hearings of the UPICC Moot on Commercial Arbitration - Cusco 2026, to be held from 13-16 May in Cusco, Peru.

The competition, organised by the Moot de Arbitraje Peruano (MAP), the Universidad Andina del Cusco and UNIDROIT, brings together students, academics, arbitrators and legal professionals from different jurisdictions in Latin America and Europe, with the aim of deepening the understanding of international commercial arbitration and the practical application of the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts (UPICC).

Their participation reflects the Dominican Republic's commitment to strengthening arbitration practice and supporting academic initiatives aimed at the training and development of future legal professionals.
