ECIJA and ADG seal alliance to strengthen legal protection for audiovisual creators

The agreement will allow directors and screenwriters access to an initial orientation talk, preventive legal advice on intellectual property and representation in legal disputes, strengthening the legal protection and professionalisation of the Chilean audiovisual industry.
On 21 August, ECIJA Chile and the Association of Directors and Screenwriters of Chile (ADG) signed a collaboration agreement that seeks to strengthen the legal protection of creators and support the development of the national audiovisual industry.
Thanks to this agreement, ADG members will have access to:
- Specialised legal advice on intellectual property and contracts.
- Preventive guidance and support in copyright management.
- Representation in the resolution of legal conflicts.
This alliance seals a common commitment: to put creativity at the centre and provide concrete tools to directors and screenwriters in a sector in constant transformation.
