ECIJA DOMINICAN REPUBLIC participates in Evolución Pyme 2026 with talk on legal prevention for companies

Félix Jáquez, partner at ECIJA Dominican Republic, participated as a speaker at Evolución Pyme 2026, an event held at the JW Marriott Hotel Santo Domingo, with a talk entitled "Pymes blindadas: cómo evitar errores legales que frenan el crecimiento" (Armoured SMEs: how to avoid legal errors that hinder growth).

During his speech, he addressed the main legal risks faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in their different stages of growth, including aspects related to corporate structure, intellectual property, labour relations, commercial contracting and contingency prevention.

The talk also highlighted the importance of adopting a preventive and strategic approach from the start of operations, through solid corporate structures, appropriate contracts and legal protection mechanisms that allow for safer and more sustainable business growth.
