ECIJA Ecuador incorporates Víctor Granados as partner in Guayaquil

ECIJA Ecuador announces the incorporation of Víctor Granados Larrea as partner in the Guayaquil office, reinforcing the Corporate, Business and Investment, Compliance and Insurance practices in Ecuador.

Victor has more than ten years of professional experience in the public and private sector, with a solid background in corporate, tax and regulatory matters. His incorporation strengthens the firm's capacity to advise companies on strategic decisions, regulatory compliance, business structuring and regulatory risk management.

In the public sector, he has served as Deputy Director General of Tax Compliance of the Internal Revenue Service (SRI), Advisor to the National Legal Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic and National Director of Corporate Acts and Dissolution at the Superintendence of Companies, Securities and Insurance, positions from which he participated in regulatory, corporate and tax processes of high relevance.

In the private sector, he has led advisory services in corporate restructuring, tax planning, sanctioning procedures and administrative and judicial defence in tax matters, participating in complex commercial proceedings and advising companies on corporate and regulatory matters.

Víctor is a Lawyer of the Courts and Tribunals of the Republic, Master in Procedural Law by the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil and member of the Lawyers Forum of Guayaquil.
