ECIJA Ecuador starts 2026 with purpose and strategy

ECIJA Ecuador held its first internal workshop of the year 2026, focused on strengthening personal and professional organisational skills as part of its commitment to the integral development of human talent.

To kick off the year 2026, the ECIJA Ecuador team participated in the first internal workshop of the year, entitled: "Organise your day with purpose: strategies to balance the personal and the professional".


The workshop was led by Gabriela García Schulz, an entrepreneur renowned for her practical approach to organisational tools applied to personal and professional life. During the meeting, participants explored methodologies to manage time more clearly, prioritise tasks and build routines aligned to well-being and professional performance.


This space responds to ECIJA GPA's ongoing commitment to the training of its teams, promoting a culture of learning, sustainable growth and integral balance, as part of its strategic vision of organisational development.
