ECIJA Ecuador has advised catWorkX (TIMETOACT GROUP) on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of R&T Digital Factory S.A., subsidiary in Ecuador of HERZUM EMEA, as part of its global integration strategy.
ECIJA Ecuador has advised catWorkX (TIMETOACT GROUP) in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of R&T Digital Factory S.A., subsidiary in Ecuador of HERZUM EMEA.
This transaction is part of the overall strategy of integrating Herzum into the TIMETOACT GROUP. With the acquisition of the Ecuadorian entity, catWorkX (TIMETOACT GROUP) expands its delivery capabilities and strengthens its positioning within the Atlassian ecosystem.
