ECIJA Ecuador accompanies the signing of the first Audiovisual Production Contract in Ecuador

ECIJA Ecuador participated in the signing of the first Audiovisual Production Contract between its client, Ecuastudios S.A.S., and the Sectorial Council of the Audiovisual Industry (COSICA), in an official event attended by authorities of the Executive and representatives of the audiovisual sector.

The first Audiovisual Production Contract in Ecuador was signed between Ecuastudios S.A.S. and the Sectorial Council of the Audiovisual Industry (COSICA), in an institutional act led by the Minister of Production, Foreign Trade, Investment and Fisheries, Luis Alberto Jaramillo. The contract represents a significant step forward in strengthening the national audiovisual industry and its regulatory framework.


The event was attended by Deputy Minister Andrés Robalino, the General Secretary of Communication of the Presidency, Irene Vélez, as well as actors and representatives of the audiovisual sector, who accompanied the signing of this sectorial milestone.


Ecuastudios S.A.S. was represented by its General Manager, Ana Cecilia Alvarado. Representing ECIJA GPA, the Partner and Director Gonzalo González, together with the team of the Media and Entertainment area, formed by Paola Robalino (Partner) and Alejandra Pinto (Senior Associate).


The formalisation of this agreement was possible thanks to the specialised and strategic legal advice provided by ECIJA GPA, which allowed structuring a solid agreement from a legal point of view, adapted to the requirements of the sector and in accordance with the current regulatory framework.
