ECIJA, firm of the year in digital economy and artificial intelligence

The ceremony, held last night in Madrid, brought together the country's leading law firms and the legal teams of the largest Ibex 35 companies. More than a hundred law firms and legal advisors participated in this edition, with more than 300 nominations evaluated in 21 categories. The jury, composed of former Ministers of Justice, board secretaries of large companies and managing partners of leading firms, highlighted the technical excellence, innovation capacity and leadership in the digital ecosystem of the award winners.

The award to ECIJA recognises the firm's leadership in the application of artificial intelligence to the practice of law, its transversal advice to more than a hundred companies in AI projects and its pioneering approach as the first Full AI Firm in Spain.

During 2024, ECIJA consolidated its position as the best firm in Digital Economy and its digital transformation strategy, integrating generative AI tools in its internal processes, developing proprietary solutions to improve client relations and transversally reinforcing its advisory area specialised in artificial intelligence. This approach was also recognised internationally by The Lawyer, in its European Lawyer Awards, which ranked ECIJA as one of the most innovative firms in Europe.
