ECIJA Ecuador is organising a webinar on TechCompliance and technological risks in the financial sector

On 27 August 2026, ECIJA Ecuador’s TMT department will host the webinar ‘TechCompliance: your partner in technology risk management and regulatory compliance in the Ecuadorian financial sector’.

The event will analyse the risks arising from the use of Artificial Intelligence under Ecuadorian regulations, risk management and regulatory compliance in technology procurement within the banking sector, and the regulatory risks associated with fintech services offered by financial institutions and non-bank providers.

The panel discussions will be led by Israel Espinosa, Edwin Cacuango and Andrés Villacís, lawyers at ECIJA Ecuador with expertise in these areas, and will be moderated by our partner Christian Espinosa.
