ECIJA Chile delivers training on the Karin Act for 130 BASH employees
Two years after the entry into force of Act No. 21,643, known as the Karin Act, our Employment Law team organised a further training session for our client BASH, aimed at reinforcing its employees’ understanding and correct application of this legislation.
The training was led by our partner Ángeles Fernández and our associate Pablo Valenzuela, who addressed key issues such as identifying and distinguishing between workplace harassment, sexual harassment and violence at work, alongside the importance of making proper use of the available reporting channels.
The event was attended by over 130 people, both in person and online, providing a forum to address queries and strengthen tools designed to prevent such issues and promote safe and respectful working environments.
