ECIJA Chile presents the second edition of Radar Laboral

ECIJA Chile’s Employment Law team presents the second edition of Radar Laboral | The legal agenda shaping the world of work. In this edition, the team examines the lessons learnt and challenges posed by the Karin Act two years after its entry into force, alongside a new phase in the implementation of the Pension Reform, which, from August 2026, will raise the employer’s contribution rate to 3.5 per cent.

Radar also reviews progress on the Universal Nursery Bill, the new regulations on training in occupational risk prevention, and recent case law on dismissal.
