ECIJA Barcelona joins Barcelona Health Hub to promote legal innovation in digital health
ECIJA Barcelona joins Barcelona Health Hub, thus joining the main ecosystem of innovation in digital health, with the aim of accompanying its members in their legal and business challenges.
The incorporation takes place in a context marked by the convergence between technological innovation and high regulatory requirements. In the field of digital health, legal advice is key to address complex regulatory frameworks -such as the General Data Protection Regulation, the Medical Devices Regulation or the emerging Artificial Intelligence Regulation of the European Union- without compromising agility or the development of business models.
With this membership, the collaboration with startups, scaleups and corporates in the healthtech sector is strengthened, providing legal solutions adapted to the real needs of the market and contributing to the sustainable development of a sector in constant evolution.
