ECIJA advises on the new series La Frontera, a RTVE and Amazon Prime production that revives the political and social tension in the Basque Country in the 1980s.
ECIJA has provided legal advice to Par Producciones in the series La Frontera, a new RTVE and Amazon Prime fiction set in the border between the Basque Country and France during the 80s, in the context of the fight against ETA.
The firm's team has been involved in all aspects related to audiovisual production -service contracts, production, exploitation and distribution- as well as in issues related to the right to information and freedom of expression, especially in relation to possible collisions with the rights to honour, privacy and self-image.
Partners Javier López and Elena Ordúñez, together with Alejandro Díaz, Jaime Velasco Pérez-Mulet and Adela Hinojosa Alcántara have participated in the project.
