ECIJA advises ANANDA PARK on the acquisition of MBOne in La Moraleja

The transaction, led by IBA Capital Partners, marks the addition to its portfolio of one of the leading office properties in the north of Madrid. The property, situated at Avenida de Europa 19 in Alcobendas, has over 22,000 m² of lettable area and 829 parking spaces. The investment also includes a refurbishment plan for the asset aimed, amongst other objectives, at improving its energy efficiency.

ECIJA has supported ANANDA PARK in the two main aspects of the transaction. The Real Estate team, led by partner Iván Azinovic, advised on the negotiation of the property’s sale and purchase agreement.

Meanwhile, the Finance team, led by partner Jesús Estévez, provided advice on the negotiation of the mortgage financing granted by CaixaBank to fund the acquisition.
