Gema is a senior specialist on ECIJA's Talent team. She is the first person that candidates see when they walk through the doors of ECIJA for the first time, playing a key role in maintaining the firm's culture and standards of excellence.

Gema Gutiérrez de Cabiedes is part of the ECIJA Talent team and, for many people, she is the first voice and face they encounter when starting their relationship with the firm. Although her initial training was in the legal field, Gema soon discovered that what motivated her most was not the law, but people.
