Her interest in labour law has both personal and vocational roots. She grew up in a family where law was very present, her mother was also dedicated to this area and from an early age she was attracted by the direct contact with people and the possibility of finding solutions to real conflicts. Over time, she discovered in labour law a dynamic and constantly evolving area, where each case represents a new challenge.

Throughout her career, Ángeles has understood the practice of law not only as the interpretation of rules or the resolution of disputes, but also as a way of accompanying people in complex moments and building trusting relationships with clients and teams.

One of the most transformative moments in her career was the decision to take a Master's degree in Madrid and to live for a period of time in Spain. This experience allowed her to broaden her professional perspective, adapt to new ways of practising law and understand how other legal cultures develop.

Today, as a partner of the firm, she understands leadership as a process that is built over time. For her, leading means constantly learning, trusting people and facing challenges as opportunities for growth.

Outside the legal field, Ángeles finds balance in moments shared with her family and in small personal spaces, such as music. Together with her husband, they have built a vinyl collection that has become a ritual to disconnect from the rhythm of work.

Recently, motherhood has also transformed her outlook on life. Today her greatest wish is for her daughter to grow up with the freedom to choose her own path and with the conviction that professional development can be a tool for independence and autonomy.
