Warren Corrales

Lawyer with over 15 years' experience in the practice of law, specialising in the areas of property, corporate and sports law.

Warren has developed his practice mainly in advising national and international companies, providing legal support in the structuring, negotiation and execution of complex projects, with a strategic and results-oriented approach.

His experience includes advising on spin-off processes for pharmaceutical companies, as well as participating in the sale and purchase of companies in the technology, energy (wind power) and tourism (hotel and concession in the north of the country) sectors.

He is distinguished by his comprehensive view of the business, his management skills in multidisciplinary environments and his commitment to professional excellence. His work focuses on providing efficient, secure legal solutions that are aligned with each client's business objectives.

Warren also serves as a guest lecturer at Fidélitas University and the Latin American University of Science and Technology (ULACIT).
