Viviana García

TMT lawyer with more than 25 years of experience advising domestic and foreign clients, she stands out for her expertise in data protection in the digital environment, related to the consumer, industrial, education, identification and security technologies, financial, oil & gas, ONPs and infrastructure sectors.

Before joining ECIJA, he had a successful career in law firms such as Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría and Delmar Ugarte Abogados.

In addition, he leads the "China Desk" to meet the growing demand for advice from Chinese investors in a context in which Peru is consolidating as one of China's main trade allies in the region.
