Víctor Ramiro Granados Larrea is a lawyer specialised in Corporate Law, Business and Investment, Regulatory Compliance and Insurance, with more than ten years of professional experience. He has a relevant trajectory in the public sector, where he recently served as Deputy Director General of Tax Compliance of the Internal Revenue Service (SRI). Previously, he held positions as Advisor to the National Legal Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic and National Director of Corporate Acts and Dissolution at the Superintendence of Companies, Securities and Insurance, which gives him a practical vision of regulatory management, administrative procedures and control standards.
In the private sector, he was an Associate Lawyer at Romero Menéndez Law Firm and is a founding partner of Íntegro, Estudio Jurídico, leading advisory services in tax, corporate and regulatory matters. His practice focuses on corporate restructuring, tax planning, sanctioning procedures and administrative and judicial defence in tax matters, as well as participation in complex commercial proceedings. He complements his experience with academic activity as a teaching assistant in areas related to Political Law, Legal Sociology and Fundamental Rights, and has specialised in public-private partnerships, concessions and infrastructure projects.
