Throughout his career, he has advised national and international companies in the design and implementation of compliance models in the areas of personal data protection, cybersecurity and corporate criminal liability. He has accompanied organisations from various sectors: education, financial, technology, automotive, infrastructure and telecommunications in the adoption of regulatory frameworks and best practices aligned with national and international standards.
He has extensive experience in Law No. 19.628 amended by Law No. 21.719 on Personal Data Protection, leading regulatory adaptation projects, as well as in the development of internal policies, impact assessments on data protection, legitimate interest and international transfer, such as risk matrices and data governance models.
It also advises on the implementation of the Cybersecurity Framework Law (Law No. 21.663) and on the development of security incident management and response strategies.
In the area of criminal compliance, he develops and updates Crime Prevention Models in accordance with Law No. 20.393 and Law No. 21.595, integrating operational and legal risk management into corporate policies.
