Sara de Pablo Yángüez has over five years of experience in Legal Operations and in transforming the operating model of legal departments, with a practical focus on executing complex organisational and technological change projects. She has led end-to-end initiatives for large organisations, encompassing everything from diagnostics and strategic design to implementation, adoption, and governance of solutions.

Her experience includes defining operating models, redesigning processes, implementing contract management tools (Contract Lifecycle Management), automating documents, defining operational metrics, and governance frameworks.
