Sandra García

Sandra García has extensive experience in complex litigation in intellectual property, including patents, designs, trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, and advertising. She advises both in dispute resolution and in creating legal strategies for the protection, exploitation, and defense of intangible assets.

Her practice includes advising national and international companies across various sectors, such as fashion and luxury, technology, video games, and life sciences, among others, in the protection, defense, and exploitation of their intellectual property assets.

Before joining ECIJA, Sandra led the Intellectual Property Department at Auren for over two decades, consolidating her leadership in advisory and litigation in this area of specialization.

Sandra is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and the AIPPI and actively collaborates with the Barcelona Bar Association in educational activities. She has been recognized by prestigious international directories, such as Best Lawyers and Legal 500, as one of the leading lawyers in Spain in Litigation and Intellectual Property. She was also awarded the ISDE Prize for Excellence in Legal Practice as a professor of Intellectual Property Law, an area in which she regularly collaborates with institutions such as the Barcelona Bar Association.
