Sandra García

With over 20 years of experience in litigation and legal advisory services related to patents, designs, trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, and advertising for national and international clients across multiple industries.

Before joining ECIJA, she led the Intellectual Property practice at Auren for 20 years. She also worked at Fieldfisher Jausás and Antena 3TV, further strengthening her expertise in intellectual property and media law.

Sandra is a member of the Madrid Bar Association, the Spanish Group of AIPPI, and the International Trademark Association (INTA). She also collaborates with the Barcelona Bar Association in training initiatives.

She has been recognized by international directories such as Best Lawyers and Legal 500 as one of Spain’s top lawyers in Litigation and Intellectual Property and was awarded the ISDE Excellence in Legal Practice Award as a professor of Intellectual Property Law.
