Rosa Jaso has more than 25 years of experience in senior management positions, both in the foundations and in the business and financial sectors. She specialises in strategic planning, corporate sustainability, social innovation and change management, having led complex processes of organisational transformation, mergers and team integration in multidisciplinary environments.
As Managing Partner of JPI Consultores, she has accompanied boards of directors and management committees of national and international companies in the design and implementation of governance frameworks, ethical culture and compliance policies. Her experience includes the integration of ESG criteria into corporate strategy through materiality analysis, definition of indicators, reporting systems and deployment of plans aligned with European standards.
She masters strategic execution methodologies such as Balanced Scorecard (BSC), OKR and corporate PMO, ensuring coherence between strategic planning and operational execution. Her practice combines strategic consultancy with social innovation and stakeholder management, aimed at strengthening the reputational positioning and social impact of organisations.
