Rocío Catalá

Rocío Catalá has over ten years of experience in legal, technological, and strategic consulting, with a specialized focus on Legal Operations and the comprehensive transformation of the legal function. She spent much of her professional career at PwC Tax & Legal, where she served as senior manager in the NewLaw area, leading complex projects to modernize legal departments.

In this position, she has comprehensively managed transformation initiatives, combining operational diagnosis, the definition of the target model, process redesign, the establishment of metrics and KPIs, technological implementation, and change management. Her experience encompasses both strategic projects and highly complex executions, with continuous support for legal and business teams.

Throughout her career, she has led projects for large national and international companies, taking on comprehensive responsibility from identifying opportunities and defining the value proposition to execution, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining direct relationships with legal departments and management committees. With a Law degree, she began her career in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring, which has provided her with a solid legal foundation and a practical understanding of how the legal function operates.

She combines her professional activities with a prominent educational role, providing specialized training in LegalTech and applied artificial intelligence in the legal sector for legal professionals.
