Ricardo Chueca

He has worked especially with companies in the industrial, financial and sports sectors, providing comprehensive advice on corporate, contractual and corporate governance operations. He holds the position of secretary to the board of directors of various capital companies.

He began his professional career in the Garrigues offices in Barcelona and Zaragoza, where he worked for ten years. Subsequently, he founded his own firm, continuing his professional practice until he joined ECIJA.

Ricardo regularly advises on international transactions in countries such as Mexico, India, the United Kingdom, the United States, Holland and Germany, representing both Spanish and foreign clients. In the field of sports, he has advised on the contracting of professional sportsmen and women and holds the positions of Secretary of the Board and Head of the Legal Department of Basket Zaragoza and its Foundation.

He regularly participates as a speaker at conferences and seminars specialising in commercial law.
