Ramón Miralles

For 14 years, he served as the coordinator of auditing and information security at the Catalan Data Protection Authority. He is an expert in information systems auditing, technology risk management, and implementing information security management systems. He has also held CISO and CIO roles, leading digital transformation initiatives, particularly in the public sector.

He has participated in technology and social action projects, contributing to the technological strategy of Costa Rica’s Public Defense Plan under the European Commission’s Eurosocial II program. Additionally, he was appointed by ENISA (European Network and Information Security Agency) as an expert in cybersecurity, national contingency plans, and privacy.
