Ramón Arellano is a solicitor specialising in the structuring of property, financial and tax transactions

He has over 13 years’ experience in the field, with a particular focus on the structuring of property, financial, trust and tax matters.

Throughout his career, he has held key positions such as Legal and Structuring Director at construction companies and financial institutions, leading the creation and development of large-scale property projects, as well as advising on the creation and management of investment funds and the structuring of financial transactions. Currently, he and his team act as legal advisers nationwide to investment funds, construction companies and property developers.
