Príamo Simó
Associate IIPríamo Simó is an associate at ECIJA República Dominicana, admitted to the Bar Association of the Dominican Republic and to the New York State Bar in the United States of America.
He was awarded the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship by the U.S. Embassy in the Dominican Republic, through which he pursued postgraduate studies in Technology Law & Policy at Georgetown University Law Center (GULC).
His practice combines a multidisciplinary approach with experience advising clients on corporate matters and complex civil litigation, as well as on innovation-related issues such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and personal data protection in technological environments.
He has participated in academic and research initiatives related to technology and law, including the drafting of an academic essay on the use of augmented reality in judicial proceedings. He has also taken part in international forums on artificial intelligence governance, technology regulation, and economic development.
