Paula Madelino

Paula Madelino focuses her practice on Tax Litigation, acting across a wide range of tax procedures and proceedings. Paula Madelino advises clients in the context of tax and customs inspections, tax and customs administrative offence proceedings — including preventive advisory work — as well as in the negotiation of payment plans with the Portuguese Tax and Customs Authority.

Paula Madelino’s practice also includes the preparation of administrative claims, hierarchical appeals, requests for review of tax assessments, and judicial challenges before the administrative and tax courts. Paula Madelino also acts in tax arbitration proceedings before CAAD – Centro de Arbitragem Administrativa, as well as in enforcement proceedings, namely tax enforcement oppositions and challenges to subsidiary liability proceedings.

Paula Madelino began her career at Ana Oliveira Bruno & Associados, where she completed her traineeship and remained as an Associate until the end of 2013. In that same year, Paula Madelino joined FTBS Advogados as a Senior Associate, which subsequently became Francisco Tavares & Associados in 2014, where she served as Partner until 2015.

Paula Madelino is a member of the Associação Fiscal Portuguesa.

Paula Madelino has been with Antas da Cunha Ecija since 2016.
