Patricia Gómez-Cambronero

Patricia is a partner at ECIJA in the area of tax law and has more than 15 years of experience advising multinational companies and consolidated groups.
She began her career at EY Abogados as a Senior in the Corporate Tax department, providing ongoing advice to consolidated groups and developing corporate tax planning for large international and national companies. Subsequently, she worked at Garrido Abogados in the area of corporate tax planning and restructuring, before joining RSM, where she was promoted to partner in the tax area before joining ECIJA in 2021.
At ECIJA, Patricia advises on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Due Diligence and Corporate Restructuring projects. She also provides tax advice to multinational groups, high net worth individuals, succession planning and family businesses.
