Patricia Gómez-Cambronero

Patricia is a partner at ECIJA in the tax law department, with over 13 years of experience advising multinational companies and consolidated groups.
She began her career at EY Abogados as a Senior in the Corporate Tax department, providing ongoing advice to consolidated groups and developing tax planning strategies for corporate income tax in large international and national companies. She later worked at Garrido Abogados in the corporate tax planning and restructuring department before joining RSM, where she was promoted to partner in the tax area before joining ECIJA in 2021.
At ECIJA, Patricia advises on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Due Diligence, and Corporate Restructuring projects. She also provides tax advice to multinational groups, high-net-worth individuals, succession planning, and family businesses.
