Nelia Álvarez

Throughout her career, she has led and participated in projects for compliance with data protection regulations, compliance audits, due diligence, and privacy risk assessment and management, both nationally and internationally. Her practice includes advising on the implementation of compliance strategies, applying privacy by design and by default, regularizing international data flows, and negotiating specialized contracts in the field.

Additionally, Nelia is a guest lecturer in postgraduate programs and a regular author in specialist media on digital law and technology. She is part of professional associations in the sector and actively participates in corporate initiatives aimed at equality.
