Principal associateNatalia is a data and technology lawyer with experience in data protection, privacy and cybersecurity in multiple sectors.
He has a strong track record advising companies in different industries on data protection, privacy and compliance matters. Her practice includes complex data protection compliance projects, advice on programmatic advertising, technology procurement and assessment of risks associated with the use of emerging technologies.
Natalia also advises on cybersecurity issues, including contractual analysis and negotiation for compliance with regulations such as DORA and NIS2, as well as on certification initiatives and strengthening of security controls. He has participated in the development of compliance strategies and in the adaptation of organisations to European regulatory requirements in highly digitalised environments.
He combines his professional activity with teaching, having taught in master's programmes at the University of Navarra, the International University of Valencia and the Aix-Marseille School of Economics. She is also an active contributor to ECIJA publications and participates in the ECIJA by Women initiative.
