Michael Vidal

He has over 25 years’ experience providing consultancy services, litigation, collective bargaining and labour dispute resolution to national and international companies and institutions in both the public and private sectors, across a range of industries.

Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions at firms such as Estudio Echecopar, EY, Hernández & Cía. and Stucchi Abogados, as well as having headed his own firm, Vidal & Cía. He has also held senior positions at Petroperú and Falabella Corporativo Perú. His career has been recognised by international legal directories such as Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and Leaders League. He complements his professional experience with over 25 years as a lecturer in Labour Law and Labour Procedure at the PUCP, the University of Lima, the UPC and the Academy of the Judiciary. He is currently a partner in ECIJA’s Labour Practice Group in Peru.
